How long is the shipping time?

Your order will be prepared within 1-3 business days from the confirmation email. Standard UK delivery takes 7-12 business days. Shipping cost and delivery date are estimated at the time of payment.

Can I return/exchange?

Yes. You can return your product within 30 days of delivery guarantee — full money back guarantee. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vozonn.com.

Who pays for return shipping?

If we sent a faulty or defective product, the shipping cost is covered by us. In case of a change of mind, the return shipping cost is covered by us.

Are the products really durable/waterproof?

Vozonn products are selected and tested to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. The features mentioned in the product details (waterproofness, reduction in material quantity) are specific to the product, we recommend that you review the product details before purchasing.

Is the payment secure, what encryption is accepted?

You can make secure payments with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed via an encrypted connection.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email containing the tracking number when your shipment leaves. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If you haven't received your shipment within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation email, write to support@vozonn.com with your name and order number, and we will attend to it immediately.
