REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority at VOZONN. We want you to shop with total confidence, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.

If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, you can contact us at support@vozonn.com. If your return is accepted, our customer support team will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS If the return is due to our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item, VOZONN will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. REFUNDS PROCESSING Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vozonn.com.

     

  6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vozonn.com with photos of the damage, and we will sort it out for you immediately.
